Oregon Empire Painting was founded by Ricardo Ortiz with a simple mission: deliver honest, high-quality painting services that Central Oregon homeowners and businesses can rely on. What started as a one-man operation has grown into a trusted team known for meticulous craftsmanship and genuine care for every project.
With over 14 years of experience, we have built our reputation one job at a time. From residential interiors and exteriors to commercial spaces and specialty finishes, our focus has always been the same — preparation, precision, and results that last.
Based in Bend, we proudly serve communities throughout Central Oregon including Redmond, Sisters, Sunriver, La Pine, Madras, and Prineville. Whether it is a single room refresh or a full commercial repaint, we bring the same level of dedication to every project.
